David L. Hall is serving as Vice-President of the Marshall County Board of Education. Mr. Hall is retired from the Marshall County School system having served as a teacher and former administrator His educational degrees include a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from West Virginia Tech, and a Masters degree in Secondary School Administration from West Virginia University.

His vision for Marshall County Schools is to "Create a successful learning environment for every child to learn, graduate, and successfully participate in community life."
