Beth A. Phillips is a graduate of John Marshall High School and is a life-long resident of Marshall County. She received her associate degrees in Business Administration and Acocounting at West Virginia Northern Community College and a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Wheeling Jesuit University. Mrs. Phillips currently serves as the Accounting Supervisor for the Ohio Valley Medical Center.

Mrs. Phillips has been married for 16 years and has two children that attend Marshall County Schools. Her hope for all students is that they achieve academic excellence and develop a strong sense of community.
