This shoe store has been
in service
to the community through generations. The Pettit family has maintained
this specalized store in the same location on the main street under the
ownership of Jim Pettit. It has seen other specialized establishments
fade
away but this one remains a function to our home town.
Allen's Bootery contributed HALF PAGE ads to
the 2005 and the 2010 Alumni Booklet
campaign
in the honor of Allen Pettit class of 1941 and of Ray Pettit
class
of 1936 .
