“Jerry,” 65, of Moundsville,
died Thursday, April 22, 2010 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale.
He was born May 16, 1944 in Glen Dale, WV the son of the late Kenneth B. and Wilma Wiedebusch Francis. He was a retired crane operator with Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Benwood and Martins Ferry Plants with 34 years of service; a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War; and a Methodist by faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Francis, Jr.; and a sister, Sally Mickey. Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Nancy Swaggart Francis; a daughter; three grandchildren; a sister, Iris Polen of Moundsville; and several nieces and nephews.
