BAUER, Miles, 68, of Port Clinton OH, formerly of Glen Dale, WV, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, OH.

Miles was born on May 23, 1944, Ft. Knox Military Base, KY. He was the son of the late Mildred Bauer.

Miles started his career after graduating from West Liberty College in sales in the Trucking Industry. Later in life, he started Bauer Building Company in Port Clinton, OH.

In addition to his mother, Miles was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Sue (Somon) Bauer.

Miles is survived by a son, Erik P. Bauer of Port Clinton, OH.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, March 9, 2013, from noon until time of Funeral Service at 1 p.m. at Chambers Funeral Home, 1030 Main Street, Wellsburg, WV (304) 737-3551.

Interment will follow at Franklin Cemetery, Wellsburg, WV.
