B. Beth Bertram is a lifelong resident of Marshall County and has been a Certified WV School Bus Trainer since 1992.  She also instructs CDL classes and courses in Defensive Driving.  For several years she has presented training classes around the state on the subjects of School Bus Safety and Dealing With Difficult Students on the Bus.  Beth has been a school bus driver since 1978.  During these years she has participated in local, state and eastern national school bus roadeos.  Her training has included management skills, school bus safety and several classes concerning student behavior on the bus. Beth believes that a safe and efficient  transportation system is an essential part of a highly effective school system.

Beth is involved in community activities in the county including the Marshall County Fair and related 4-H and FFA activities.
