Joan Palmer is the West Virginia Education Information System (WVEIS) Contact and Computer Applications Trainer for Marshall County Schools.  She has 30 years experience in education.
Mrs. Palmer attended West Virginia University where she obtained a Bachelor of Music degree, a Master of Arts in Secondary Education, and administrative certification.

Mrs. Palmer is also a professional musician, performing a range of genre from classical to jazz.
She also enjoys gardening and reading.
