Richard Redd is Director of Special Education for marshall County Schools. Rick was the past principal of McNinch Elementary School and has 35 years of experience in education. He received a Bachelor degree in Elementary Education and Social Studies from West Liberty University and a masters degree in Education Administration from West Virginia University.

Rick was a member of the state Math Cadre in 2003 and was on the West Virginia Principals' Advisory Council as the Team Leader.

Rick's favorite hobby is fishing.
