Wayne Simms is the Assistant Superintendent for Marshall County Schools.  He has 40 years of experience in education and has served as a teacher, principal and assistant superintendent. Mr. Simms received his bachelors degree from California University in Pennsylvania and his master's degree from West Virginia Univesity.

His hobbies include anything associated with outdoor recreation.
