Dear Parents, Teachers & Staff,

            Once again the Center McMechen PTK is collecting membership dues to benefit the students of our school. The initial membership is $3.00 for single and $5.00 per couple. This initial contribution will help us in achieving our budget goals for the upcoming school year.
            The membership dues that are collected, in addition to fund raising profits, benefit our students throughout the year. In the past our organization’s efforts have helped to provide our students with holiday parties, fun day events, arts & crafts, school improvement projects and have helped in financing field trips for cultural enrichment.  Your membership helps finance awards our students have earned throughout their academic year. As well as, benefiting donations to our own school library, the Marshall County Clothes Closet, We Share because We Care program, and various other projects that benefit the students of Center McMechen.
            Parents, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and friends are invited to join.  Please return the bottom portion of this letter, along with your membership fee, to your child’s homeroom teacher.
