From points North:

Route 2 South through Glen Dale past John Marshall High on left
Just past Chinese Restaurant on left, look for Route 250 extension....bear left on this route
Proceed to 1st stop light and turn left on 1st Street
Take 1st Street (2 blocks) and turn right at Barkley's Restaurant onto Grant Avenue
On Grant (3 blocks), turn left onto 4th Street
Stay on 4th Street and look for BOE Offices on left

From points South:

Route 2 North to Moundsville -- Proceed to Intersection with McDonalds and Subway
Turn right at light onto 5th Street (up small hill)
At top of 5th Street, make left turn then immediate right onto 5th Street again
Proceed to Grant Street and make left turn then next right onto 4th Street
Stay on Fourth approx. and look for BOE Offices on left
