Basic Dress Code

No muscle shirts are to be
worn at school.

No spaghetti straps are to
be worn at school.

No tank tops are to be worn
at school.

Shorts or skirts should be
fingertip length.

No open back shoes unless
there is a formal occasion that a shoe of this type would be suitable.
Your teacher will determine the suitableness of the shoes.

No flip-flops are to be worn
at school.
-
The shoes you generally wear
in school should be suitable for physical activity.

No clothing allowing for
a bare mid-drift is to be worn at school.
-
No hats (except on a designated
Hat Day) are to be worn in school.

No clothing that promotes
alcohol, tobacco, violence, drugs, gangs, is permissible in school.

No clothing that displays
profanity or anything that could be mistaken for profanity is allowed in
school.

Clothing that could be distracting
to other students and make it difficult for them to pay attention in class
is not permissible in school. Your teachers and the principal will
determine this.
Students who wear clothing
that does not meet the above guidelines will be provided, if available,
with clothing from the Lost and Found. If nothing is available,
a phone call will be made home to have parents bring in clothing that meets
the tenets in the dress code.
