A message from Alfred N. Renzella
Superintendent of Marshall County Schools
“Why Am I Here?” I have a vision and a job to do.
I want to make a difference. I want to continue to learn. I
want to feel the satisfaction of knowing that I am my best self.
This is where I am and this is what I stand for and this is what we do
as a team.
I encourage you to interpret change in the following
manner:
1. problems are puzzles to be solved instead of stumbling
blocks to stop progress
2. choose to respond positively, interpret it as a
challenge
3. integrate the challenge of change in to your day-to-day
work
