Dr. Mitchell Johnston from the Wheeling Elks Lodge presented Moundsville Middle School students Kinley Cuffaro, Maylee Bartsch, Urijah Darrah, Dorothy Sampson, Lily Patrello, and Delilah Cox with plaques for placing at the state level in the Elks' Americanism Essay contest.
