Lawyer in the School Program at Marshall County Schools

The Lawyer in the School (LIS) program
provides eligible parents and caregivers of
public school students with the opportunity to
talk to and receive free, brief civil legal
information or advice from a lawyer. We hold
legal clinics in some county schools and public
libraries. These walk-in clinics are staffed by
Legal Aid of West Virginia attorneys and no
appointment is necessary. For more information,
