WV Wraparound is West Virginia’s statewide approach to support children and families. It brings together multiple systems and services to create a coordinated, family-driven plan of care for children with significant behavioral, emotional, or mental health needs.
It uses a team-based planning process that centers the family's needs and goals, bringing together professionals, natural supports, and community members to create a personalized plan. The goal is to help youth stay in their homes and communities by providing a comprehensive and holistic support system, and it is free for eligible families.
