Moundsville Middle School students in Tabetha Morgan's Studio Art class designed and painted two murals at the Valley Fork Sports Park concession stand picnic shelter, located off 12th Street in Moundsville. This project was made possible through a partnership among the Moundsville Parks & Recreation Department, City of Moundsville Arts & Culture Commission and Moundsville Middle School Studio Art students.
