All Marshall County kids, up to age 5, are eligible to be a part of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, regardless of income. The goal is to ensure every child has access to a new, age-appropriate book every month. This is a partnership among the West Virginia Department of Education, Marshall University’s June Harless Center and Marshall County Schools.
