A list of Professional Development opportunities for Fall 2025 has been released. Please note the registration and completion deadlines for each opportunity. You will need to login with your email and email password to register. If you choose to register for any activity/training, be sure to save your response after you have clicked the Submit button on the Microsoft Form.
The Marshall County Schools Online Policy Training Course is available for staff member to complete. Staff will be directed to a OneNote Notebook. They will need to sign in with their email and email password to fill out the Microsoft Form to verify they have completed all of the training material.
Central Elementary School, Moundsville Middle School and Sherrard Middle School have been designated as 2024-2025 West Virginia PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) Tier 1 Model Schools. These schools show improved student outcomes due to PBIS.

This Monday, July 14, 2025, from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm, is the next Lawyer in the School clinic at the BOE office, sponsored by Legal Aid of West Virginia. Eligible parents or caregivers of our students can receive free, legal information or advice from a lawyer.
